I offer flexible programmes to suit your needs. From kettlebell training to developing core strength to having fun kickboxing. It’s all about variation, and making exercise interesting. I will guide, encourage and support you all the way with my body changing workouts. Together we will reach your goals!

ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING
Initial Consultation is FREE. I then offer 1hr sessions that are GYM, HOME or PARK based. ‘GYM or PARK- £70, HOME £80 (discount on all block bookings of 10 or more). In addition I offer specialist packages of ‘QUICK FIX’ or ‘TONE & SHAPE’.
GROUP TRAINING
If going it alone isn’t for you why not split the cost and train with a friend or in a group. You still get the personal touch but it keeps the costs down and you get a great workoutwith a friend. Contact me for details and prices.
