About Holly

A black belt kick boxer, yogi and vegetarian Holly is passionate in all areas of fitness and nutrition. With over 10 years experience as a personal trainer she has transformed the lives of hundreds of people. She has worked with Kate Moss, Florence Welch, Nick Grimshaw, Sienna Guillory. Through support and encouragement she will push your body to get results but she also understands the balance between working the body hard and the importance of rest and recovery. 

Author of two health and Fitness books; Nourish and Active, Holly lives and breaths fitness and wants to pass on her knowledge to each person she trains.

Qualifications. Level 3 Diploma in personal training (REPS certified). Pilates instructor. Postnatal exercises.

Expertise: Yoga, HIIT Training, Strength and Conditioning, Suspension training (TRX), Kettlebells, Boxing, Weight loss and dietary management, Mobility.
