How are you getting on?. A little reminder that you might not progress in every phase. You might find certain exercises that you’ve repeated a lot still very challenging. Thats ok! Keep going. Sometimes progress can happen quite quickly and other times it’s slow. Exercise is a life long journey. So let’s just keep a nice consistent pace.
