This fast-paced workout is made up of 20 seconds per exercise, with 3 exercises back to back for one full minute of work — repeated 3 times before moving quickly onto the next section. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and powerful full-body moves that keep things fun and the mind engaged because the format changes so quickly. You’ll work hard, get sweaty, build strength, and the time absolutely flies by.
