AMRAP

Stands for As Many Reps As Possible. We’ll work in focused 6-minute rounds, moving through the exercises at your own pace and aiming to complete as many quality reps as you can within that time. Expect a full-body session that builds strength and seriously boosts your conditioning, followed by a spicy little core finisher to round things off.
