Travel Workouts

Join me in different locations when I'm away. These workouts are perfect for when you are on holiday and have little or no equipment (of course you can do them at home too).

You will find a mix of stretch routines which will get into all the right places after a long day sat in a car/train/plane. Also lovely short yet effective bodyweight strength workouts that you can fit into your day whilst you are away. I’ll keep adding to this section, so keep coming back to it.

Muscle wakeup

Get all the muscles working with this short 10 minute full-body workout. 

Tabata

12 mins to music! 4 min warm up. 4 min strength. 4 min cardio. No equipment needed. This is a fun one!

Tight back

After a long day sitting try this 10 min stretch routine, to loosen your back and hips. A good one to do daily.

15 minute ‘sofa’ workout

No equipment needed. Working legs, core, arms.
